HSI hair straightener and argan oil thermal spray

Oddly enough, I was actually on the lookout for a new straightener.  I wont mention any names, but my current straightener of roughly two years decided to die out on me.  I was pretty excited when HSI approved me to test out theirs!  I loved how quickly it would heat up for me.  My old one seemed to take at least a minute longer.  Not a drastic difference, but worth noting.  I also liked how this one has curved plates.  My hair never has snagged on them.  I can't tell you how many times I'd pulled hair out of between the old plates in my old flat iron and the plastic.  Ughh, it wasn't pretty.  As the title mentioned, I also was able to test out their argan oil thermal spray.  The brand was batting 100 with me, I loved it too.  It smelled great, didn't weigh my hair down, and my hair felt silky soft after styling.  I will say, I give both products my stamp of absolute approval!

travel toiletry bag

This large capacity bag doesn't look like much just at a glance, but boy does it hold a huge part of my daily and nightly regiment.  I'd been keeping my eyes open for a bag I could use while I travel to hold my menagerie of little glass skin care bottles.  I have quite a few of them, five out of the thirteen items I pack are in fragile glass.  My current bag was nice, and I will continue to use it, but it just wasn't cutting it as far as protecting all of my glass.  My only con listed about this bag is the fact it is a "large" capacity bag, and I thing it could stand to be just a smidge bigger to accommodate carrying my face wash as well.  Other than that, its perfect, and just what I needed to make my traveling just a bit easier.

French presses are quite a necessity in our house.  We have two children, a two year old, and a 21 week old.  I simply cannot function without the stuff.  Not all French presses are created equally either.  My husband and I have purchased MANY in our marriage that haven't stood the test of time, as my husband has shattered or lost all of them (insert annoyed face).  I was overjoyed to be chosen to review this one by Zzanggu.  Its sleek, elegant, looks wonderful out on our counter tops.  Best of all, I love its functionality!  I've noticed a dramatic drop in the coffee sediment in the bottom of our cups of coffee.  All in all, I would recommend you pick one of these beauties up for yourself or anyone in your life that enjoys a good cup of coffee from a nice looking press.

Adorable baby socks have kinda become my thing lately.  Well, my baby's thing really.  I cant say enough good things about these little lavender ballet socks.  I've already given a set away as a baby shower gift, and they were a complete hit.  I even had other mommies asking where I got them so they could pick some up for their baby.  I also plan on purchasing another set in pink for my best friend.  Her little turns one in September, and I really would like to get some for her.

The Green Gobbler

Cleaning is no ones favorite chore.  I always look for a product that cuts my having to scrub away at something in half.  Or at least can put a dent into it.  I also prefer my cleaning products to be as all natural as possible so I don't have to worry about opening every single window in the house in order to air it out.  That being said, I really like this Green Gobbler!  It was easy to mix up, smelled non chemically, and actually worked on multiple surfaces.  I tried it out on glass, stainless steel, tile, bathtubs, and counter tops.  I really had no issues with anything I used it on.  I would definitely purchase this on my own after all my mixer samples are used up!

Pretty sure I was in bath bomb heaven

Bath bombs.. any true connoisseur has had some good ones, and some duds.  I personally have had my fair share of them no doubt!  Not much else is worse than coming home from a stressful day at work to try and relax in a nice hot bath and have your bath bomb either not have enough fizzle, not smell as wonderfully as advertised, or leave flower particles and a ring all over your tub.  I mean, seriously.  who wants an after bath clean up??  The first one I tried was lavender, my personal favorite scent.  It was generously sized, and the fizzle was plenty to keep me entertained!  I'm actually already planning to send a few to my nieces for Christmas this year!

Chocolate covered awesomeness

Anyone that knows me knows I'm a junk food addict. That's the main reason I wanted to test out these chocolate covered Oreos. I can say with 100% certainty that they are amazing. I've tasted chocolate covered Oreos in the past that were fairly soggy when you bit into the Oreo. These were delicious and crisp! I honestly don't know what type of sorcery Veronica used in order to achieve this. Veronica's treats can also image print on to just about an dessert check out their site and have some custom Mother's Day gifts made up!
